#33 Dance

(Note: Some time after this I will be sharing my completed works minusing the chapters for my books. This will include my tounge and cheek type essays, my charcter analysises of my favorite types of heroes from fiction, and anything else I can potenially cook up some time soon or that I can dig up from my archives so yeah.)

I remember the first time I dance like nobody was around

It would look terrible to anyone else watching

But when I did it for the first time in a while I felt amazing

Like a thousand tiny suns had burst upon the surfaces of my feet

Like a fire had started in my blood

LIke the highs of running, jumping, and flipping were all coming to me at once

The smile on my face was rare and real as I looked in the mirror

I had never seen myself so happy

To dance or not to dance was no longer the question

When to dance was

I loved that feeling

I never wanted to let it go

I had taken classes before that for dancing

But this

This was different

This dance was for me

And that was to me

Something truly beautiful
