Why do we run
Is it for fitness
Is it to move towards something
If so to what
love
self-realization
Or do we run from something
And again what
Our past
Our mistakes
Other’s mistakes
Hurt or pain
Or fear of some kind
Maybe the question is not why do we run
It is how we are ever able to stop running
